Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds

If you experience issues with the service — such as the service not working as expected, technical problems, or any other concerns — you can request a refund by contacting us at support@threadwave.xyz. We will review your request and process refunds on a case-by-case basis.

2. CLI Subscription Refund Policy

The ThreadWave CLI subscription is a $10/month recurring Stripe subscription that grants 4,000 CLI credits per billing period. You may cancel any time through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting us.

If the CLI subscription does not meet expectations within 30 days of your initial signup, you can request a refund. Eligible refund requests are processed automatically after the 30-day mark. To request this refund, contact us at support@threadwave.xyz with your ThreadWave account email and CLI subscription signup details.

3. Blocked-Account Money-Back Protection

ThreadWave is designed to respect X rate limits, avoid abusive platform behavior, and use browser-native workflows that resemble normal human browser control. We still cannot control X's own enforcement decisions.

Worst case, if ThreadWave-controlled activity gets your X account blocked, locked, or suspended, we will refund your most recent ThreadWave payment for the affected billing period.

This protection does not apply when the restriction is caused by:

  • Content, replies, or actions you created or approved that violate X rules or applicable law
  • Your manual activity on X outside of ThreadWave
  • Other automation tools, browser extensions, scripts, or services used on the same account
  • Prior account history, existing account restrictions, or policy violations unrelated to ThreadWave
  • Attempts to use ThreadWave for spam, deception, harassment, scraping, or rate-limit abuse

To request this refund, contact us at support@threadwave.xyz with your ThreadWave account email, the affected X handle, the date of the restriction, and any message or screenshot X provided.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your ThreadWave subscription at any time. To cancel, visit your account settings or reach out to us at support@threadwave.xyz. Once cancelled, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
